RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy

Refunds are allowed within the first 15 days of the shipping date. Products must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear(original tags must be attached). Items returned worn will be denied and returned to sender. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and all refunds must be returned via original form of payment. We do not accept returns for any products after 15 days from the date your order ships. Bras, under garments, socks and accessories are nonrefundable. All sales and clearance items are final sale. Return shipping is paid for by purchaser and a tracking number must be provided for the package being returned - this can be requested via postal service.

Steps for Returns:

Contact customer service to inform us of the return (we may request photos of damage). If we can not find a resolution for your issue, we will request your order information to begin the return process.

Package your item and mail it back to our return address. Provide us with the tracking number.

When the package has been received you will receive an email notification.

The refund for your return should be completely processed within 5 to 10 business days after your email notification.

Exchange Policy

All sales and clearance items are final sale. Exchanges are allowed within the first 30 days of the shipping date. We do not accept exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships. Bras, under garments, socks and accessories are nonexchangeable. Return shipping is paid for by purchaser and a tracking number must be provided for the package being returned - this can be requested via postal service.
